Each Original or Spicy Sriracha Biltong pouch contains 15g protein, based on current Clean 'N' Jerk product information. The Original Jerky pouch contains 11g and Sweet Hot Jerky contains 10g. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. UK adult reference nutrient intakes used here are 45g per day for women and 55.5g per day for men. These are population reference values rather than personalised targets.
